I'm so excited to have a studio so close to my work. One issue is, though, the classes get very very full and the heat gets almost unbearable. The instructors set the room to 95-97, but with 40 people in one room, I think the temperature rises even above that, to over 100 degrees. I've been practicing for 10 years and have been close to vomiting because of the heat in that room.
I probably won't stop going to this studio because it's so convenient, and I do really really enjoy the classes, but the heat is getting to be a little too much.
Corepower is my favorite! Yoga sculpt with Jessica N was an amazing workout and I can’t wait to go back.

I wish the monthly membership wasn't so expensive :(

It is a great place to learn yoga as well as challenge the practice with more intense classes. There are many locations. It's clean. Apparel is available in studio.

I've never had a disappointing class at Core Power Medford! All of the instructors are so good and I always leave feeling refreshed (and super sweaty). The studio is so clean and staff are always warm and welcoming.

Clean and warm teachers
The Comm Ave location has great instructors who are very friendly and attentive during class. I haven't attended a class I didn't like. I've only gone to C2 so far, but the flows and the playlists have been great every time. Each instructor has their own style/vibe, which makes each visit to CorePower a fun and unique experience.
