The classes are always challenging- you leave feeling like you got a great workout. The instructors are all very nice and motivating. The only disservice is the cost for classes and membership - in my opinion is overpriced. The monthly membership is close to what you pay at equinox or lifetime fitness and those gyms offer comparable classes and full service gym.
it is CLEAN - unlike the Newton center place, which has sweat streaks on the mirrored walls and sweat on the floors when you walk in. it is LIGHT unlike the newton center which is dark. you can see the instructors - the room in the newton center place has so many pillars. the instructors are more varied, more athletic, don't do the same downward dog routines - they are more original and peppy.

Love all of the instructors. All staff is warm and welcoming. It truly feels like a tight knit community. Studios are so clean. Locker room are maintained to the best capacity.
This location has great teachers who motivate and encourage, especially Juliana- I would go to any studio in the city just to catch her classes. Comm ave is also big, clean, and tons of merchandise. Overall love this studio and the staff.

I've been coming to Core Power for several years and I want to call out 2 exceptional classes I attended at the Fresh Pond studio this week.
First, Widya's sculpt class on Aug. 29. Her energy is fantastic and her moves are fresh and fun. I've taken her class twice (both stand out classes) - she's been a sub both times - and would LOVE to see a regular Fresh Pond class with Widya (early weekday morning would be fabulous)! Please consider this if possible.
Second was a C2 class I took with Margaret. She did a whole Woodstock theme that was terrific, not only for the flow she put together but also for the little tidbits of 60s history she wove through the class. Really a great class.

Playlist was great, instructor (Paul Ge Gels) was very accommodating, friendly, and made the class very inclusive/relaxing. I left the class feeling refreshed and would highly recommend the class, instructor, and facility to anyone in the near future.
I really love the variety at your company. The pricing is tough as it is considerably higher than the other similar studios but I love the classes and hope to make it to as many as possible!
