I like the instructors and I like that it is HOT in the studio (I have been to other CPY's and it is not that hot in the studios so I dont go back -- Park Ridge and Old Orchard mainly, but that was a while ago)

Every time I step into my CorePower studio I feel so welcomed by the staff. They create a warm and welcoming environment that makes you feel calm. The classes are always different and challenging. I would definitely recommend CorePower to anyone, even if you have never done yoga before they are so helpful in making sure you don't fall behind in class!

All of the Gold Coast instructors are strong and accommodate all ability levels of students. The classes are good whether you are a beginner or advanced student.

Tons of class offerings across multiple studios. Flexibility to not have to sign up ahead of time. AMAZING, challenging teachers at the Gold Coast studio (the best of all studios I've tried)
