The instructors are so friendly when you get off the elevator and that just kicks it to a great place. That positive energy is carried through the entire time at the studio.

I go to the Gold Coast studio and I feel SOOOO lucky to live to close and to be able to attend classes at this studio. The instructors are truly what makes this studio thrive. Chelsea Gartner is an incredible instructor and is a great manager of this location. He presence makes everyone happy and she is so good at what she does! Other great instructors are Danielle, Anne, and Nolan. Every class I take is inspiring and well executed!

The teacher Candance (sp?) was great. I learned much from her.

Candice had a great demeanor and I really enjoyed her class. The flow was just what I was looking for and the music was a nice compliment. I liked the padded flooring and the cleanliness of the facility.

Nice clean facilities with good showers/locker room. Friendly staff and other yogis.

The Yoga instructor was AWESOME. Her name was Nicole. She was the best instructor ever. Like, she should get a promotion she was so good. Best yoga class I have ever taken.
