I love the unrivaled versatility in the classes offered at CPY. There are classes to accommodate beginners and there are classes that challenge even advanced yogis. Instructors and staff are also great and I love utilizing locations in other cities when I travel

I love your sculpt classes. However, I would say some of the teachers (6am specifically) are only mediocre as of recently. Kira is amazing! Some teachers try to do "their own thing"-specifically the 6am teacher on Wednesdays (Sarah) and people really come for the traditional sculpt class. Though I definitely appreciate when the teachers put their own spin on it, however, to leave sculpt feeling you've only worked 1 or 2 muscle groups is dissapointing.

The instructor was the best sculpt instructor I have had in a LONG time!!!!

I took robins class on wed. at 10:30 am. She was an outstanding instructor. I have taken her class one other time prior to Wed. and really loved her intensity, music, cues. Etc. I will highly recommend Cpy.
