I loved the classes and how different they were especially body sculpting
Very convenient location. Good teachers. However please look at class sizes especially in the morning I think there are too many yoga sculpts when people are turning more toward a C2.
There are a variety of classes to choose from and all the instructors are so friendly and helpful!

Sculpt classes
I have only attended a couple of C2 classes, but I like how classes are conducted in warm rooms. Yoga instructors are friendly and provide corrections in a helpful/gentle manner. Checking in is easy. Having a locker room near the classroom is convenient.
It's more about your teachers than anything else

The Gold Coast Studio has a big window, and lots of mirrors. The teacher, Marcus, was awesome. The locker room was clean. Nice retail. Nice front desk and retail space. And I found close parking right away.
The instructor and energy of the class was good. Studio was spacious. Only complaint was the fact that the only entrance/exit was one small elevator. Took forever to get out after class. Would like to be able to take the stairs.

GREAT workout!!!! The heat made me feel like my cells had detoxed. Felt great after the first class and better and better with next classes. Loved that the first week was trial week and was free.
