Your customer service is very good. I like that you offer classes in the morning and at night because I can work around my work schedule. Although it may seem small, I even appreciate that you provide locks for the locker room, I forgot my personal lock on my first day. The yoga instructor was very good at helping me with my poses and breathing as it was my first yoga class ever. It was overall a really good experience.

Big studio
I was from out of town and the studio made me feel very welcome. They explained the classes and signed me up for a free trial week. I did 3 classes and can only say I wish there was a core power yoga near me! Loved the yoga sculpt and all 3 instructors were fantastic!

I enjoyed my free week and the two C1 introductory classes which I took were taught by excellent yoga instructors. The facilities of the Gold Coast studio are excellent, and while my budget for future classes is very limited, I would like to occasionally take a C1 class again, as my budget allows.
