Big studio
I was from out of town and the studio made me feel very welcome. They explained the classes and signed me up for a free trial week. I did 3 classes and can only say I wish there was a core power yoga near me! Loved the yoga sculpt and all 3 instructors were fantastic!

I enjoyed my free week and the two C1 introductory classes which I took were taught by excellent yoga instructors. The facilities of the Gold Coast studio are excellent, and while my budget for future classes is very limited, I would like to occasionally take a C1 class again, as my budget allows. Love the class
The teachers are some of the most passionate yoga instructors I've had. The studio temperature is always HOT ( which I like). The temperature is not always at it's highest at other studios so I definitely appreciate the Gold Coast consistency.
