Large, clean studio. Smaller women’s changing room and I only saw one shower. Parking can be tricking if you’re driving there. The teacher and the class was fantastic

I like the friendly and helpful instructors, the variety of classes, and the multiple convenient locations. Since I started CorePower Yoga three months ago, the practice has increased my overall flexibility and balance, improved my core and back strength, toned my upper body, and given me cardio endurance. I feel years younger!

Lev is amazing! Her practice is inspiring and she always challenges my body, mind and spirit. Her hot fusion class is outstanding…it is intense and challenging, yet I always leave feeling calm and peaceful. I follow Lev to LoHi, South Colorado and Cherry Creek.
Amazing workout, great and diverse instructors, huge fan of sculpt, like the mix of cardio, weights, yoga and heat.

Lev is an incredible teacher. She is always very attentive to her students and always offers variations in her classes. She keeps the room at a perfect temperature and always plays great music. I absolutely love her classes and always look forward to her on the schedule. I highly recommend her classes.
I love core power so much!!! This place has introduced me to a practice that has literally saved my life. In particular, Lev’s HPF at Lohi and Lexi’s 75 min C2 at belmar. I come here to work through trauma and inner complexities that nothing else seems to sooth. A lot of the other classes are very bright and the voices grating but these two teachers bring a magic that cannot be found elsewhere
If you want a skilled teacher that can mindfully advance your practice, I recommend Lev. Their gentle presence and teaching style help open you up to a new level.
Lev is by far the best instructor I have taken at CPY. She has the most calming aura and her rhythmic/sing-teaching is incredibly soothing and helps me to slow my breath down when the class gets hard. She is an advanced teacher who inspires her students to try new things, ground themselves, and encourages growth in the mind and body. Her playlists are always different and good every time. I always look forward to a class with Lev and can honestly say she is the best.

I attended the free community class with the instructor Cabrini! The experience was positive from the moment I walked in, and the class was challenging while offering modifications that made some poses more accessible. The studio was bright and clean which made for a great experience!
