The physical and mental challenge.
Ursula's sculpt class was perfectly paced she had a good balance of high energy and incorporated low impact exercises to keep you flowing.
Her personality shines through and you can tell that she is into the class, and her music track is perfect match to the high energy sculpt class.
Great classes and parking isnt bad!
I absolutely love coming to this studio and have the best experiences with all of the instructors I encounter. I've been coming to Jessica's 6:45 pm C2 classes on Tuesdays for many years and she has the best energy and sense of humor, it's almost contagious. I also love to squeeze in a Talon C2 on Wednesday nights as well. Will always recommend this studio 10/10 every time. It's a family over there.
Teacher was great, not having locker rooms with showers was tough.
Love the layout of the studio here. It so accommodating for storage of items in cubes, benches to sit on with easy access to the studios. Been very satisfied with instructors such every class here.
Really enjoy my yoga! Would love to see the lemon / lavender cloths back at the close of classes:)
I love Jessie's class! The flow is my favorite I've found. The only thing I'd love to add is a small section of abs!

I love coming to the 3:30 classes. Sam is fantastic. I like the new mandala flow she is incorporating and that I'm seeing (some) growth from week to week. The balancing and twisting is challenging but also fun.
I truly enjoy each class as it’s obvious the instructors have a true passion for yoga. I always enjoy classes with Samantha A, Jo M, Sandi C, Brittany C and Emilie!

I love Marta's class, it's my favorite. I always feel wonderful afterwards. Her music and her energy are rejuvenating and refreshing.
Appreciate classes, room size and vibe at this studio. Good experiences and recommend. My second favorite studio in and around Denver area (2nd to Broadway) for vibe and real hardwood flooring on main floor 😊
