The Grant studio is beautiful and historic in a way now. I had never been there and the class I took was great. HPF with Reese is a way to relax and focus on specific form while taking breath work to a whole new side.
This was my first time in a Core Power Yoga class with very minimal yoga experience. I thought the instruction was superb. The mix of weights, cardio, and yoga was the challenging and exhausting but in a positive way. Enjoyed the entire experience very much.
This was my very first yoga experience and I was pleased with how smoothly I was integrated into a class with seemingly all different levels of experience from beginner to perhaps professional. I felt very welcomed, relaxed and comfortable and no one pressured me or made the situation feel as though I were out of place. The studio itself is clean and well kept. The instructor (Tess) was warm, inviting, informative and helpful in every aspect. And I am planning to come in again as well. In all of it, I find gratitude and appreciation.
Live the facility and the instructor was great in terms if the variety of poses and her verbal guidance.

Easy access! Very welcoming! Michael was very energetic and motivating, empowering us to do our best and push ourselves outside of our comfort zone.
The teachers are fabulous! Location is clean and the energy of the community feels both welcoming and supportive. No matter what time I want to take a class there is something they offer which has been great to accommodate my life style.

I love this studio there are a good mix of yoga teachers who focus on the physical or meditative. The studio is calming, a good size and offers a nice variety of classes.

Everyone at CPY Cherry Creek is so friendly and welcoming. They have an amazing line up of teachers, variety of classes, and class times. The studio always feels clean and well managed/taken care of. It’s become my favorite studio in Denver!
I was greeted in a warm and friendly manner. Mora was a great teacher who did an amazing job queuing the poses and remembered names. And the class was the workout I needed.
The staff at the front desk was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable when attending my first class. I was there over the lunch hour and took Maggie’s class which was fantastic! Afterwards she gave me a great recommendation on where to grab some lunch since I was from out of town and unfamiliar with the area.
