I have been recovering from an injury of my right leg that severely impacts my abiity to do the Core 1 and Sculpt classes at the level I enjoyed before. The folks, both instructors and staff, at Cherry Hills have been incerdible with their support and encouragement while I attempt to get back to my previous level. It is an incredibe community - instructors and other members all give positive feedback and offer suggestions for modifying - very encouraging when I reach a plateau.
I completed the 10 day challenge in March 2023 and wish this year's challenge was in March again!! However, I'm going to try for my "max" in February and then make March/April my chalenge month! Jonathan Mu, is the manager that signed me up in Juy 2021 (for a Scultp class!) and contiunes to guide the three local studios. He creates an environment where everyone involved thrives - which speaks highly of the very positive corporate culture of CorePower Yoga!!! (It's hard to single out one instructor, however Gaynor in Core1 Mondays has been my "cheerleader" through many difficult months!) Congratulations to all!! Katie Jordan

Three studios, good locker rooms, fantastic teachers, great location, good music, great heat, full classes, good management with Aspen.
The heat in Studio 2 @ Lohi is special and unique in Denver. And Mallory is one of the best teachers I know. Amazing vibes every time I attend this Sunday evening class.

I love the teachers, the practices, and how many locations there are in Denver. However, I wish it hadn't gone up so much in price. I want to recommend to friends, but a lot of them cannot afford it!

The teachers are very knowledgeable and genuine. I love taking yoga classes at LoHi.
We love so many things.... one quick thing we can think of now...is the way the instructor tells us about how each pose helps which system in the body.
The plumbing has been a bummer at this location because we usually squeeze yoga in between different appointments/business/situations and need to leave the studio "ready" to get back into life...so that is hard sometimes when the plumbing isn't working as well--especially with how popular the location is.
Nevertheless.... we love this location and everyone who teaches!!

Julie is the most fantastic instructor in every way! She is able to eloquently and gently weave in the reality of life these days, suggest coping strategies and humor to bring to our lives and mats, provide specify posture details and challenging workouts, provide great variety, use excellent music and is generally friendly and welcoming to all. And Happy Birthday Julie!!
