Student Testimonials
I love HPF!! We need more HPF classes! These classes healed my knee and I’m sad that there isn’t a lot of them. Sasha is amazing, I love her energy and her playlists.
I had a wonderful time and very much enjoyed the class. Unfortunately, I live in Washington state and in an area where the nearest Core Power is not close by. I happened to just be able to go to a class with my brother and really enjoyed it. The teacher was lovely and I'd come back the next time I'm in town.
Ruby is everything🩷
I love the CP community, it grounds me
The instructor was awesome!
Proximity, the instructors, cleanliness
great instructors who cares about their class.
Lauren Scafidi is great! She is very supportive and motivating!!!!
Clean.
Sophia was an awesome instructor!
I've been a (very) long time yoga practitioner, even at the Cherry Creek location since the the mid-2005 when it opened as Yoga On 6th. What I love about the CC studio is how we the current management (Katie & Gideon) have created a cared for, professional space. I came to a class during the day a few weeks ago only to see Katie and and other Instructor working on a Zoom call clearly discussing training techniques. It was so fun to see this happening as I checked in, the excitement of growth and sharing the community.
Just wanted to share my feedback :) Keep up the good work.
Really enjoyed this class The instructor had the room heated to the perfect temperature—hot enough to sweat and really sink into the practice without feeling overwhelmed. The flow was well-paced, with plenty of time to move through each pose and hold them long enough to feel the stretch and strength build.
I appreciated that the instructor took her time, gave clear cues, and created a calm, focused energy in the room. It was exactly the kind of hot yoga experience I was hoping for
Great instructor! But very difficult to hear her in the room with the loud ac/heater sound. Also made it a little less calming with all that noise. Great workout and space though.
Its a great studio with great instructors! One of my favorite places for classes. Abby S is particularly good and has very challenging flows.
The class and instructor were amazing. Loved the heat and humidity !
I love the locker setup and how clean and organized / spacious the studio felt. 10/10
Sasha's class is the best hot yoga. A must! She needs an increase in pay to keep her happy
Susanne on Saturdays is amazing!
I like a class with a knowledgeable teacher.
Community class with Ashleigh was a wonderful experience.
I loved the authenticity of her voice, theming of chakras and the timing of her cues. Class was basic yet challenging.
Ashleigh’s playlist brought the perfect energy and beauty to the class
I’ll be coming back and bringing a friend
Amelia was excellent
Love LoH! But wish there was a heads up the humidifier wasn’t working prior to class.
Very clean facility! Friendly staff at the front desk! And very knowledgeable and friendly instructor!!
Many teachers get stuck and stagnant in their miscues. It’s almost as if they do not have any ongoing evaluations or refresher training. There is a tendency to perpetuate colloquial names for postures and arbitrary alignment principles that are not based in any anatomical science. The most annoying tendency is for teachers to constantly “Count Down” from 4 to 1 and then say “Release!”. This gets old quickly and is not yogic at all. There seems to be a complete departure from The 8 Limbed Path and virtually no acknowledgment of Hatha Yoga Lineage, it’s very rare to hear any teachers provide Dharma.
Otherwise great !!!!
Loved the teacher, beautiful studio.
The staff at Tennyson is exceptional (I realize that subs rotate through, so it’s likely all of your staff). I thoroughly enjoy all of the classes and what each instructor brings. It’s always a positive experience

Love the instructors!
Amazing studio, classes, teachers and the best manager!

I liked the cleanliness of the place and the friendliness of the staff. I have bad knees and the instructor was able to give me alternative poses.
