Loved my C2 classes with Daniellle and Sara Wood. Daniele is a master at theming and making yoga accessible on many levels. Her cues are spot on. Sara teaches a lovely flow and my body always feels great when I leave her class. 10 out of 10 recommend both these instructors!

Hot Fire
Really enjoyed the red-light therapy, HPF class, on Sunday, June 21st. I vote for keeping it. Plus, Gaynor, is always so engaging with her class.
Please work harder on getting the hardware fixed on those lockers in the women's locker room. I saw several others come in who had no secure place to put their personal items.
