I like Core Power yoga
I love the instructors. We keep coming back regularly for Elias and Lisa. I also like how roomy Grant’s women’s locker room is. I wish the showers would get warm quicker 🤣 but other than that I think the locker room is a lot nicer than a lot of other core powers I’ve been to.
I love CorePower it’s been so great! My only feedback would be in sculpt classes that are heated, there are some teachers who open windows and doors for a period of time which defeats the purpose of it being heated. I think everyone goes to that class because they like the heat and to sweat, but when fresh air is coming in it’s no longer a heated class and is a completely different experience. Thanks!

Amazing teacher.
The studio is great. I like the mat markers. Do we have to use wipes to clean blocks/mats? It seems wasteful and Earth Day is coming up so it seems even more noticeable

My class on Saturday with Matt was the best of several I’ve attended recently. He is a very good instructor.
As for others, I have some general feedback: music is too loud and distracting. I am an instructor as well. I was taught that yoga is a moving meditation, connecting movement with breath. The music distracts the practitioner from that focus. Also, sometimes the music is so loud that hearing the instructor is not easy.
Also, savassna is a meditative time. Silence or low volume chanting is best.
Just my thoughts.
The intensity levels at the Cherry Creek location are unmatched. I leave every class feeling both stronger and more empowered.

I was a guest with my sister Deborah Voelker. The experience was amazing. The instructor was awesome, full of energy and inspiration. I'm sorry there isn't one in CT. When I visit again I would love to enjoy the space again.

I love the instructors. I wish there were some earlier classes in the am, more classes on Sunday, and Restore classes. Sunday Restore!
The instructors are great...always variety from class to class. And the large space on Tennyson always has good energy.
The room was a little cold to start but warmed up about halfway through class.
I love going to Hot Power Fusion at CorePower Tennyson. It has been really good for my flexibility and fitness.

Ursula is a high energy instructor and gives the ultimate sculpt class ! I really feel like I did a total body workout, and her pacing and timing of the workout is really good not too fast or slow.
Also she gives great tips on proper weight lifting technique.
Keegan Walker is the most gifted and intentional instructor with whom I've ever practiced. This studio is so fortunate that he is back.
