5:45 classes. Instructors are awesome.
The main challenge with Lohi is Studio 2.
It's mainly used for HPF and Hot Yoga but that room is way too hot. The heat and the humidity rise to dangerous levels. It's much warmer and more dangerous than what we see in other studios with the same classes. It makes it hard for me as I have to drive a lot further to find a safe studio for HPF and Hot Yoga.

Malcom is an incredible instructor. He presented a well balanced class and lots to wisdom. I truly appreciate his dedication to provide a true physical and spiritual yoga class.
I love this studio, it is one of my favorites! I love the variety of different classes offered all throughout the day and week. I do wish this studio offered more HPF classes during the week though between 5:30-6:30pm. That way people getting off work between 5 and 5:30 could go to an HPF class right after work. I would absolutely LOVE if Cherry Hills added on an HPF class two or three weeknights between Monday and Thursday at like 5:45 or 6pm. Also, I hope they fix the clock in the women's bathroom soon.

The yoga was amazing and im so happy I made it to this class and for thr first time. The facility was really cool but the showers weren't producing hot water but I'm sure that will get fixed. Thanks for a great experience!
The studio is pretty yucky and feels not clean. Morning YS Devon, Julia, Sophie and Sara continue to deliver. C2 classes should not be heated to HPF levels. If you're going to be corporate and have brand standards, teach your teachers to follow the rules with temperatures or make them face consequences.

Sue was very hands on and instructive and she was clear and easy to hear. I also liked that she provided alternatives to things that were difficult for me.

Great Class
I like the close feel of this studio. Always welcoming in the early morning. Appreciate when she recognizes me in class with an encouraging comment and then the welcome after class along with the other instructors that are at the desk.
I just starting going to CorePower again and I have had great experiences! The staff is very friendly, the classes are challenging, and the location is perfect for me! I recommend people to CorePower all the time!!
The trainer was very uplifting and motivating throughout the workout and I felt like I got an amazing workout.
