I like the warmer rooms, and most of the instructors. I like and feel valued when encouraged to adapt the routines slightly for a sore foot or neck, etc...
I love Teri’s yoga classes. Rino is a beautiful studio and has plenty of parking which is key.
Liz Silva’s C2 classes are amazing - interesting, challenging flow, great music. The best I’ve found in Denver in the past 3.5 years.

I love belonging to Core Power. In studio sessions are my favorite; the Tennyson guides are amazing! Having the option of virtual classes for when I can't make it to the puts it over the top.

Teachers great at that location. Enjoy the classes and the teacher expertise, making classes varied, and adding some fun. And challenging. Loved the Monday night Core Restore class-sad that it’s being dropped.

I really like the consistency with the CorePower classes and that you will get exactly what you expect. That being said, I have been going to LoHi for years and it has begun to look very run down. In the girl's restrooms, both sinks were clogged, only one restroom was working, the showers look grimy, and the finish on all of the storage lockers, shelves, and bins is peeling. In the yoga studios, the paint is chipping off the walls, ceiling tiles are in need or repair, the floor looks beyond it's life and makes me wonder if the same antimicrobial properties still work.
The instructor was patient and explained postures well. The facilities were clean and inviting, and the other staff members were very friendly and welcoming.

I like that it’s an 8 minute walk from my apartment, lots of spots around town to meet up with my friends for a class. I like that I sweat every single time. I like that it forces my brain to shut off and be present.
