Beautiful facility. So clean! Loved the amenities in the bathroom. Easy to park (but I was there for a 6:45 am class!). Marlo was so kind and I’m glad she invited me to class
Great variety of classes and instructors. Music is not so crazy loud .. can hear instructors who actually personalize the experience by sharing options for poses or cardio throughout classes.
tallon was wonderful, the class was crowded, and I unfortunately left my mat there my brand new rubber blue mat hopefully it will be there tomorrow morning when I try and pick it up.
Instructor was awesome. Kept it moving and didn’t overdo any exercises or make it overly hard - even though it was a great sweat inducing fat burning workout - the pace was great and I felt great afterwards and not overly exhausted. I loved how a guy at the end said where has this been all of my life! I feel the same way. Nice work!
