I love our instructor/teacher Roz! She is so kind and patient and provides positive feedback right when you need it. Also the cold towel post yoga is truly life changing and very considerate. Thank you Roz!
Would love more restore classes. Also more c2 evening classes. Love the candlelight & different lights some teachers use. Would love if there was something that asked people to not talk before class in the room . I know thats a tricky one bit its been happening more lately. Thanks!

The teachers and classes
I really liked how flaming Devan was in his tone while giving instruction.
Savanah is an enthusiastic instructor that teaches challenging classes that are thoughtful. Her playlists and attitude are awesome too
CorePower in Highlands, CO has the best instructors! Every level, every type of class the instructors are welcoming, supportive and excellent. I had purchased a punch pass and was not able to use it prior to expiration due to family matters. I contacted CorePower and they extended the expiration date with no problems. I would recommend CorePower to anyone looking for all levels yoga.
Rebecca is the real deal! She puts her heart and soul into each and every class and has for YEARS! Thanks Core Power!
So clean
so friendly
Great experience
I appreciate Yukiko's legacy teaching the Hot Yoga class! It's been my primary class, there, for a number of years. The studio is great with clean space, well organized and well led and attended.
Wet friendly and helpful
Took a few classes this past week, one with a newer instructor, Joe, and it was a wonderful workout. His cues and demos were helpful, and he seemed to enjoy teaching. I also had a class with Noah, who I've taken from in the past. He too was clear, calm and totally in the zone which was contagious for me. I totally embraced the wobbles and then kept trying to hold the poses. I just think ALL the instructors are great at the LoDo studio, which is the one I go to the most.
The instructor is top notch.
Katy (Lodo C2, 3 Dec 2025, 4:30 PM) is one of your best ambassadors. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and an effective communicator.
I was running late but able to get in, changed and on the Matt. The instructor was encouraging and the facility is nice
Thanks for the free class
Jamie’s class was incredible! I had to lower myself down onto the toilet for 3 days because my quads were so sore!!!!
