Community, positivity and hard work
The variety of classes and options for times. Jen was the best yoga teacher I’ve had as someone newer to the program :) - she went slower for me and corrected “the class” even though I knew it was probably about me. lol! I really appreciated her patience and routine. Would love to have more “intro to yoga” classes available so I can bring people who are intimidated.

Liz is an excellent teacher.
I really appreciate the way the teachers guide the class with clarity and kindness, especially my current teacher, Dina Paz. True to her name, she brings peace, strength, and calm to the room. Every now and then I get insecure about a pose, and somehow she picks up on it. She reassures me that I’m where I need to be. She’s incredibly intuitive.
