Tonight‘s candle lit was subbed in, and she did such a phenomenal wonderful job and at the end I looked down, and I had an extra candle in front of me, and I asked where it came from and she said it represented my inner warrior… Just the uplifting note I couldn’t see in myself. She saw me so uplifting!

I love the teachers, the CSX 45 minute classes during lunch time so I can attend and the small classes. I wouldnt change a thing!

I drive all the way to CB from SE Aurora to attend Rubys C2 class she always does a great flow and has a message to contemplate.
I enjoy the classes and availability, I also enjoy the positive messages at the beginning and end of class.

Corepower rebalances me- while I’m there I don’t think about my to-do list, or my stressors, or the hard things in my life. I’m able to focus on the present, on my body and what it can do. It is fuel for my soul!!!
I absolutely love the 45 min classes!!! I really really wish there were more on the schedules. They are so hard to find. I feel like there used to be more than there are now. I just went to a 12pm 45 minute class and it’s the only one the studio offers. Please bring back more 45 mins classes!
