I started going with daughter jan22 bc she had a heart procedure on Dec 2021 and had to stop playing soccer due to the fact she only got cleared for yoga & walking and not for competitive soccer for two months. She and I loved it from the first class. We both still go often. She now in Austin since she is in college at Texas and I still go to mockingbird location. Sculpt & core recovery are my go to classes. In doing this for my daughter it also helped me. I had given my dad a kidney three years ago and as awesome as it was saving his life my core was so weak from the 6 inch scar. Each class I get stronger and my stomach is engaging again. I can go past centerline now and couldn’t first 6 months. Thank you to all the instructors and encouragement and smiles. this is the first time with workout I feel better when I leave. Love each class!

Absolutely love this place! The classes are great and the instructors are amazing. I cannot tell you enough how happy I am that some teachers are starting to tell students to stay till the end of class for Yoga Sculpt, its definitely something that would be great for everyone to do!

Westbend has some truly outstanding teachers - namely Sandy DeJohn. She puts so much effort and time into her sequences and I genuinely value and appreciate her expertise. I have learned so much from her and she is always challenging me to further my practice. I have also practiced all over the metroplex and there is nobody that comes to Sandy!
Have had such a great experience here the past time few times I have attended. I came last year and didn't have the best experience but decided to try again and love it! Every sculpt class has been great and instructors are AMAZING!
