This studio is great. The classes are challenging and the warmed studio intensifies your workout. I wish they would add a Restore Yoga Class but the other class options are still beneficial. If you want a good workout, this is your studio!! Everyone is super friendly and they make you feel welcome.

I love the teachers. I love the authenticity of the education your give your teachers. They know the sanskrit, they know the pranayama, they truly have an excellent education and care about the students. It's well kept facility and perfectly challenging.
