The staff is welcoming and very passionate about their yoga journey. The staff ranges in age and experience, which provides a great opportunity for varying class interpretations. I greatly enjoy the staff I’ve encountered and look forward to the class offering for 2023.
Clean and welcoming studio! I’ve never had a negative experience at the Henderson location. Every class and instructor is wonderful and the retail they offer is an added bonus. 🙂
The experienced was good, I like it. Regarding feedback, I think it can improve in a few aspects. In my case (new to your brand), that I don't know the terminology (words), sometimes it was difficult to understand the voice of the instructor, maybe the music was too high, but probably consumers like that...(maybe pairing airpods and listen to the instructor could be a new feature). Regarding the workout, it is not hard to do, but for some new or unfit persons, maybe it can help to make extra efforts to illustrate the pose to new students if they are not doing it correctly...(not my case), for new students, could be a motivator.

The classes and schedule and staff are all amazing.
Love every aspect.
The only thing I would change is I would drop the class capacity by two people- especially 5:15 sculpt- it gets so SO packed that it kind of becomes uncomfortable.
CPY is the best place to heal your body & relax your mind! The instructors & studios are superb! :)

Loved the sculpt class Jennifer teaches . I joined Core Power because I went to classes she taught at a gym I belonged to. I am looking forward to more classes with her and the variety offered at Core Power.

They have great variety of classes depending on what your needing that day. All of the instructors are positive and great at guiding you through class. ALWAYS a great workout.
Anna Ateek is a great instructor! I really enjoy her sculpt class. She is a pro!
I’ve been to west bend before in my travels and I came back again. CPY is great. This studio is spacious with nice locker rooms.

It's great!! I like the way the instructors walk you through the moves without being pushy, and like they keep their distance and don't touch you.

Best CorePower studio I’ve been to. The place is always SO clean and the teachers are *all* friendly. Also the consistency between sculpt teachers is impeccable, I no longer plan my schedule around who’s teaching when because they all give a mean workout. Shoutout to Melinda for her incredible sculpt classes (probably the best), Alex does a great job, Amber’s use of the block makes for a TOTALLY different sculpt experience and I’d recommend every one try to incorporate the blocks, and Hannah always knows my name and says hi! She’s so sweet and also has a great class.
