I usually go to Westbend but tried Camp Bowie again, the instructors & front desk girls are so nice and Sophia M did a great job. Go team! But this studio is small and I feel a bit cramped.
Giana M taught the class and she was amazing! Cues were amazing, her music and ambiance was great too! The staff is always so sweet.
Caren was an amazing instructor. The class and entire experience were wonderful! I’ll definitely be back!

I enjoyed the intensity of the class alongside the flow of the exercises. The facility was well maintained and allowed for an easy transition into the sauna back into the world. Felt rejuvenated but also stretched.
Southlake is a well oiled machine! Angel and Marissa are amazing studio managers. The studio is clean and teachers are very welcoming.

Haley is fantastic! I live in Chicago and try to get ginger class whenever I’m in DFW -every other week or so.
The extreme workout during sculpt class. The extra room I have in the back room of room 2. The non stop working. All teachers are great.
I really like two things about core yoga: 1- that it has infrared heat and 2- weights are incorporated into many classes.
The employees at Southlake have always been nice and accomodating.
The only negative comment is around school breaks the classes get too full, to the point exit doors are blocked. I think class size should be limited in those instances.

Please keep Angel's C2 class at noon on Saturday. It is an excellent class and one of my favorites.
