Best CorePower studio I’ve been to. The place is always SO clean and the teachers are *all* friendly. Also the consistency between sculpt teachers is impeccable, I no longer plan my schedule around who’s teaching when because they all give a mean workout. Shoutout to Melinda for her incredible sculpt classes (probably the best), Alex does a great job, Amber’s use of the block makes for a TOTALLY different sculpt experience and I’d recommend every one try to incorporate the blocks, and Hannah always knows my name and says hi! She’s so sweet and also has a great class.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The studio was clean and it was a very pleasant experience.

I ventured into your studio on Friday morning, visiting from Scottsdale. I have been a student of yoga for 20 years and have enjoyed many forms of practice. The Corepower sculpt class was unique and powerful. I found it physically challenging yet what I also noticed is how it started unlocking mental "knots" in my mind , leading to more clarity and a deep sense of peace. It was like a gate opener. I returned on Saturday for the C2 class and experienced the same intricacy and depth Both classes had great music that allowed landscapes to open up.
The variety of movement, turning on the axis more, working the sides and creating differing shapes with the body was really interesting. Both instructors were very helpful and clearly had a strong knowledge of what they were teaching.
I look forward to continuing this practice . When I visit Dallas, which I often do to see family, I will defiantly stop by your location Thanks again :)

I've been a huge fan of Corepower for a long time. A non-yoga injury kept me out for 4 years. Getting back into it now... and wow... what a full body amazing workout. Corepower us the BEST

I just like yoga sculpt and I like the heat in side . Definitely works for my body because I am a runner . I love Sandy as instructor she always brings different stuff to do.
The teacher was fantastic — great at giving multiple options for postures — and the transitions between postures was clearly explained. The space itself was really nice too!
