I love the C1class very much- it allows me to get everything i need for a healthy workout. Sadly my location only has it available once a week or during the work week hours only.
I love how the classes change up and it's always a different experience. The teachers are all wonderful, encouraging and helpful! Also, having the membership keeps me accountable and helps keep me motivated.

Love CorePower and loved Ella's sequence on Tuesday! I do think her mic needs to be a little louder; there were a few times throughout class when we couldn't hear her over the music, especially when she was on the other side of the room. Otherwise, no notes! Great class!!
Love this studio, just wish it was closer to my house! Will definitely visit on weekends!
I like the instructors and the number of classes available, but please provide better rental mats. I travel quite a bit and need to rent a mat. As soon as these get wet, they are slick and useless. And mine gets wet with in the first 5 minutes.
Would like to see heavier weights in the sculpt studio. Currently we have to go to c2 room and bring in heavier weights. Such as 15, 20 lbs etc.
I've had more than 1500 classes and I can say for sure that Melinda Harris is the best CPY teacher. She embodies all the values and incorporates CPY formulas to create a spiritual experience. I flew from DC to Dallas to join her class and it was amazing! I hope I can do that again in the future.

I enjoy doing CorePower Yoga. At first, the workout was challenging, but with consistency and a healthy diet, I started seeing results. I am grateful for this fun workout that has given me a flat tummy.
