I have been taking sculpt classes for about two weeks now and my body and mind have both started shifting for the better. A friend told me to try out corepower when I was looking for a new addition to my workout routine and my life is truly changed! As a spin instructor, I often put off stretching and cross training, constantly overworking certain muscles and body parts. Corepower sculpt activates deep core muscles which I have truly never exercised before. I love a challenge mixed with self work and sculpt satisfies that for sure. Additionally, I absolutely love the semi-hot studio because I feel so satisfied with my hard work after class -- smiling & sweaty. Lastly, I wanted to shout out Sarah: her class is so challenging, so rewarding, and is helps me stretch & relax plus the vibe is stellar. Overall, I loveeeeee corepower and I will be coming back in Fort Worth and when I head back home to Austin for breaks :)

Great experience and amazing teacher! I took Colleen’s sculpt class and it was EXACTLY what I needed! I loved her flow, music, and loved how she kept you motivated to keep pushing through! Can’t wait to take her class again next Wednesday!
