I loved the C2/Sculpt combo class with Megan and the other instructor!
The only thing that was challenging was at the end of class we did lots of poses that required our head to be below our heart, and after having just done cardio it was making me a little lightheaded.
I really enjoyed this class and hope they'll do it again soon! I liked the combination!

Great class and great instructor
I really like each of the instructors that I’ve had. I also like that certain classes at certain times have instructors assigned to that class (barring temporary substitutions.) The studios are very nice , always clean and the locker rooms are well appointed.
i like the quality of the instructors and the mobility movements.
I would like to see if there are activities outside core power, sometimes the gym doesn't feel like a community.

Love this studio. I'm from California and this studio is one of the best I've ever been. The only note I would have is that the men's showers don't have hot water. I enjoy cold water therapy, but sometimes you need a little warmth.
