Gerry was very understanding when my inspection date got pushed back, and was very accommodating when I had to reschedule.
This being my first time buying a home, I didn’t know what to expect. Gerry explained to me the whole process and made me feel at ease.
During the walk through, Gerry was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things until he knew for sure that I understood. I never felt rushed and actually learned a lot.
The Inspection Report was very thorough and detailed. Myself and my realtor were super impressed.

Toujours aussi efficace! J'aimerais cependant que vous insistiez davantage sur l'apport du cahier d'inspection - c'est la première to do list après tout! Les gens payent de gros montants pour l'inspection et votre cahier mais le range au fond d'un classeur.

L'inspecteur n'était aucunement collaborateur. Je ne recommanderai jamais cet inspecteur, il avait un très grand manque d'empathie pour autrui et un très grand manque d'écoute.

Malheureusement, l’inspecteur n’a pas mentionné les grandes lignes des corrections à effectuer. Les acheteurs ne s’attendaient pas à avoir autant de pages sur le rapport..... Nous étions 3 à l’inspection et il nous a mentionné quelques petites anomalies, mais pas toutes... Prochaine fois, ce serait plaisant de l’informer.....
