I’ve been a member at many gyms in the Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti area. This one’s the best. Especially for weight training. 24 hours make it very accessible and equipment variety is top notch.
Going to this gym has made me a gym regular. I absolutely love the classes and cleanliness of the gym. The locker room is always spotless and clean but I do wish the stalls weren’t so see through and the support beams weren’t reflective. You can see the reflection of the person next to you. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The amount of tvs is great but I do wish there was a better channel variety as well as more subtitles. I’ve recommended this gym to many others and got my sister to join.
I love water aerobics even though the water is too cold and I was told the temperature could not be raised. The staff is helpful and friendly

It has all the workout equipment. I need to target certain areas on my body. That I am working you know. The swimming pool is great, the staff is great.
Best gym in town. Has an old school feel to it, never too busy. Tons of variety for free weights/machines.
Couldn’t say enough good things about this gym, it is huge and has a large variety of equipment. The staff is always friendly and willing to help if needed. If there is any issues with the equipment, they typically fix it within a matter of days.
The gym is clean, the staff is friendly, the equipment is great and the classes that are offered have a wide range for different athletic goals.

I enjoy everything about the Northville Powerhouse. I am 59 yrs old and the very first time in my life going to a gym was August of 2023. I now go 3 to 4 times a week without fail. I have a personal Powerhouse trainer (Chaz) that has been awesome to work with. The facility is awesome!! Very well lit, very clean, plenty functional and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I have absolutely no complaints at all, my only regret is I didn't have the courage to join sooner.

Every time I'm there I see someone, sometimes 2 people cleaning the machines. I was impressed to see some new machines installed during the short time I've been a member. P.S. friendly staff at front desk!!
