The wonderful mix of new equipment, the women's section, the sauna and steam room in the locker rooms, how it is never too busy or have to wait if ever for a machine, and also the recovery area.
I like how clean this gym is. There is never a time where u don't see 3 or 4 people cleaning. The staff is kind. They have a lot of high quality equipment. I've been going to the gym for 25 years and this is the best one I've been to.
The entire staff from the front desk, Nick to DJ to Tiffany to Jenna to Dimitri to everyone who does all the cleaning just everything about powerhouse!

The evening fitness classes are my absolute favorite. The instructors are fabulous and us members have become very good friends. I look forward to attending the classes, and the gym is very clean and the entire staff is very friendly . I highly recommend this facility ❤️😀❤️

Good gym, very friendly staff and members. There is always someone cleaning in such away that does not interfere with working out and rarely are machines down for long.
Power House is a "Complete Gym," with Free Weights, machines, A basketball court, a great lap pool for swimmers, a steam room, showers, PLUS, Yoga Classes and more. The gym also provides locker rooms and showers. A VERY good deal for your budget!
I like the power flex and yoga classes with Afsoon. She is an excellent instructor.

Noethvlle gym is first class no blaring music and super clean
