I love the services and the gym great
Space. Functionality. Amenities. All on point. Can’t speak for the evening crowds, but mornings are full of people making their lives better each day. Often overlooked are the hydro massage chairs included with membership as well as the jacuzzi.

I absolutely love Aiko’s Zumba classes.
The gym is very nice except the music which is consistently too loud - over 75db. The workers at the desk control the volume and some think the gym needs to livened up.
The atmosphere is uncomfortable and is just a conglomeration of noise. The machine and maintenance cannot be avoided but add 75 db "music" and you have an uncomfortable atmosphere.
I have brought this up many times and find it odd that the management ignore the music levels and the overall sound levels in the gym.
99% of the people in the gym have some sort of headphones on. The music provided by the club is simply and annoyance even with earplugs and headphones.
I like the amount of equipment there is, the other amenities there are like the pool, sauna, basketball court, the staff is very friendly.

Clean, friendly environment with all the necessary equipment which is always kept in good order, great staff and 24 hour 7 day per week access.

A lot of great equipment that other gyms don’t have. Spacious. Lots of cardio options and multiples of everything so you can always use something to get through your workout. Staff and trainers are friendly/ helpful.
It’s clean, the classes are great, I feel safe as a woman working out, and the overall vibe is positive.

Enough equipment so I never have to wait for a machine or weights. Employees friendly, willing to help, but not pushy. Area very clean.

Its big and has lots of machines except smells in fhe evenings. Also temperature needs to be a little cooler, summers can be too hot when the sun is blazing inside through the giant windows in the morning
