The wide variety of classes, the breath & depth of the various equipment, the fact that it's always clean. When something breaks it's geneally fixed quickly. It's one of the best gyms I've ever belonged to, and I've been going to gyms my whole life. Plus it's reasonably priced.

Keaton Showed me around and told me all the attributes of the Novi Powerhouse gym. very knowledgeable & personable. Child care workers were also very kind.
Love Stephanie’s classes!!! She’s my absolute favorite. Although I referred a friend to the gym and tried to contact Sam about it multiple times to get my points for that and they were never added to my account. Disappointed with the management for that.

Hi ladies changing room it could use sweeping. I go about 3:00-4:00 and there is hair all on the floors.

Tanning rooms cloud definitely use sweeping or mopping. Could you put a chair in there for our bags the tables are wobbly and the hook you can only put so much stuff on it.
By the tanning area why couldn’t you put a bench or 4 small chairs. When you’re waiting for the person to finish.

The hosts are excellent especially Ashley, all the staff is very friendly, the coaches, especially Kayla always attentive, facilities in good condition, lots of furniture!
