Personal trainer Mattie is excellent. Knows her stuff, cares, and is funny to boot. Manager Ron is caring as well. Friends recommended and both remarked on the caliber of Mattie's training capabilities.

Facility is very clean, the women locker room is updated and well kept. The front desk greets you when you walk in. An the high light of my visit the juice bar was open and great services .

I like all of the equipment, activities, options and health choices support all under one roof. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the space for women only is perfect for me and my daughter to work out in.
