I enjoy all of the different options you have available at the gym. However, I hate having to interact with staff for basic things I should be able to do on my own with my membership card. For instance, turning on the hydro-massage and accessing towels. Its frustrating having to wait in line at the gym to get towels and access membership amenities. If those could be self serve again that would be very nice. I know other members feel the same.

The gym is evolving into a full service facility compared to other gyms I have been to. The Novi gym is my only place now. The only feature I would like to see is an indoor track. Still, this gym suits all my needs. I intend to experience the new additions that have been recently added. I just want the owners to know I appreciate the efforts you make!

Novi Powerhouse Rocks! I have been a member 5 years this June. This facility is always clean. The employees always kind. The services are numerous. I attend for physical therapy from a car accident. I have trained with Powerhouse trainers (Keith). He was knowledgeable and considerate to my restrictions while still moving me forward. Membership is very reasonable for the services provided. Members are kind & friendly. Sam is a gem! This gym and it's members are family to me. Some days I have a great deal of anxiety from my injuries. I ALWAYS feel better after some time in this gym. Mind * Body * Soul! Do it for you! Your worth it! I am very grateful.

A lot! I love that so much extra stuff comes with the base membership, I do expect this to change soon with all the upgrades happening but I hope some stay such as tanning.

I have been a member here for years! Love the place since the remodel even better than ever and the manager - I believe his name was Nooe - sorry not 100% sure. Saturday, Morning Shift 9;30 ish. Thank you for your help with updating my app and your guest services!
