The gym is always clean and accessible! The front desk staff greet us warmly when arriving. The fitness class instructors are enthusiastic and welcoming. We enjoy the variety of classes that are available.
There are enough weights and cardio machines available so there is very little wait time while working out. Overall, this is a great gym!

The gym is clean. Constantly updating their services. Staff is courteous, helpful, friendly, and efficient. Nothing is perfect and I wish the showers were warmer but the shower pressure is good and the locker room was spotless.
It’s clean, not too crowded and my personal trainer is awesome!

Very polite and helpful staff. Everything in the locker room and workout areas are constantly being cleaned. Wipes are within area's so members can wipe down equipment. Unfortunately, some member/s keep removing + - buttons on the treadmills. The other item is the Wi-Fi continues to fail not allowing members to sync to the TV's. When items are reported to staff they try to correct the problem or report it so it will be attended too.
The personnel are extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of smiles. Such a nice atmosphere each day we go, Kudos to Sam, Lori and Suzie who will help with any problem that needs to be addressed - Always looking forward to working out at Novi Powerhouse.
