The environment
Club is clean and is kept in good working condition. It is managed properly and staff is friendly and helpful.
The layout. Showers IN the pool area. Pool area floor is safer too. A shorter walk to locker room and pool than the gym on 12 mile. Which means, for me, less intimidation in the gym. Like not having to walk past all those people using the exercise equipment.
Many offerings. Friendly staff. Good equipment and classes.
What I don’t like is how crowded the upstairs women’s only area has become. Too many machines in a small space and it’s hard to find a place to use the free weights and balls bec limited floor space. Also- the pool was closed more than it was open in 2026.

Clean and friendly
The gym is excellent. It offers the best equipment, lots of floor space, nice locker rooms and amenities. The staff is friendly and there are plenty around to help with anything. The gym also appears to be pretty clean with staff constantly cleaning up.
The latest and the best gym equipment available can be found at Powerhouse Northville! Incredible value for your money. Love this place.

I usually go to the powerhouse in Commerce. The powerhouse in Commerce had no power. Novi powerhouse aloud us to go with no charge. Novi has an amazing facility.
