actually i have not been there much this year but when i arrived to see if my membership was still active i was greeted by a friendly smile and he helped me to check my membership and let me check out the remodeling at that novi, michigan outlet. i will be back to use the membership as i did not feel like i should not be there. i was there 12/3 so whomever he was thank you!
Equipment, hours, cleanliness
I have one issue ... I pay $10/month for the towel service... I need two towels when I swim ...so I find the one towel only policy unacceptable

I love MX4 small group training! Natalie D is the BEST!!! I wish there was still 6am small group sessions. I’ve been a member at Powerhouse Novi for a little over a year now and I love it!!! Hallelujah

I’ve been going to Powerhouse Gym in Northville for a long time, and I absolutely love it! The gym is always spotless, well-maintained, and has everything you need for a great workout. The atmosphere is motivating, and the staff keeps the whole place running smoothly.
One of my favorite parts is the women’s room — it’s super clean, comfortable, and has all the equipment I need. I just wish it were a little bit bigger because I enjoy it so much!
Overall, Powerhouse Northville is truly one of the best gyms around. Highly recommend! 💪✨
Space is great however machines could be updated to newer models.

They have a young staff that guides the older seniors through the process learning and adapting to achieving strength and greater health. They also have staff keeping up with cleaning and up keep in the restrooms
I like the Silver Sneakers program that is offered for those 65 and above. It is a very welcoming atmosphere.

Gym is located close to home and has all the equipment that is needed for all gym goers.

Finally got some new kit in the gym and nice to “play around” with it.
Love the classes. Wish lesmills classes were back. More shape classes needed. Facility is always clean unlike novi. Main classroom floor is never "sticky". Desk staff is always friendly and helpful. Disappointing the juice bar closed.
I love the water aerobics! The locker room is also nice. Friendly front desk. Wonderful class instructors.

The fact that there is childcare changes everything for me. There are so many classes and times. 24 hours a day. I won’t go anywhere else. Staff is so friendly
What I like best is the group classes. There is a great variety and many that I haven't checked out yet. And having a pool available is really a plus.

Good gym. The two chest/back fly machines are too close and the handles hit each other when two people are using the machines.
I love HOW CLEAN this gym is!! Especially bathrooms, etc!
Hours of operation, the type of ergonomically correct machines available. The sauna & Jacuzzi are great also.

, Also, A white towel stayed in the same place for 5 days , on the aluminium shelves behind the treadmills , I personally brought it to the front desk .
It means that cleaning is not picking up after members are long gone.
