I liked that the tech communicated with me that he was caught in traffic and would be a little late instead of just being late. He is very nice and cordial.

I like how the tech showed up on time, he was friendly, and honest. What I didn't like is how I was suppose to get a free bottle of spotter with my package, but didn't. When I called to see about getting my free bottle the receptionist said she would check on it schedule a time to drop me off a bottle and she never called me back.. my carpets that were awful now look a lot better. I think it may need another treatment but not because the tech did anything wrong though.. just because I'm so sure the carpets here have never been professionally cleaned. Anyway, thanks!
