Good class. Clean facilities. Most of all, I was able to register for the introductory month package. I was unable to do this online, because I had attended one class back in March. The employees in the studio were empowered to look at the situation, make a decision, and serve the customer. Bravo.

I have been coming to Bikram for 2 years now and this month was the first time I have made it out to the South Loop location-it is the closest to my work. I have to say it is my favorite location! The room is the hottest of all the locations, though I have noticed it can be dependent on the instructor. The location is not at all congested and the hot room is cozy-the flooring is perfect.

I like that the instructors are very elaborate when describing the poses and each instructor has a different way of explaining them. I learn something new each class.

the only reason I gave a 9 instead of 10 is because I like the set up of the Lincoln Park studio a little better. I am visually impaired and I find the Lincoln Park studio easier to navigate. Other than that, I love the studio.

As a first timer, I was feeling quite intimidated. However, the other clients were friendly and made me feel welcomed. Most importantly, as I mentioned this to the instructor, Katie - she was nothing but understanding, patient and supportive with me during the session. I'm hoping to take full advantage of my 6-week Groupon special, and have encouraged at least 2 friends to join me at this weekend's Saturday morning session!
I like there are 3 locations with easy access to classes after work. The online sign-up is also a plus.
Instructor explains postures very well and provides tips on achieving maximum benefit. Availability to sign up for classes via internet is a definite plus!
