I simply like the way the 90 minute sequence is. I have tried other yoga styles, but this is the best for me. Even the 60 minutes does not work. It is too fast.

The Staff is so friendly and approachable. There were 5 new students in the class including myself and the Instructor remember our names as if he met us before. I also appreciate the attentiveness everyone in the class was given. Awesome atmosphere.

Super friendly staff and instructors. Facilities are clean and the room is spacious. Class offerings fit into my busy schedule and are very convenient. Instructors are helpful, encouraging and force us (in the best way possible) to strive to work better. I've been to Lincoln Park before but had my first class in wicker park with Chris. He was amazing!
I've never done yoga before so I don't have much to compare you to but I enjoyed the class and it was judge free since I'm not very good

I really liked Alicia as a teacher. I also love the fact that there are 60 minute classes now, which you didn't have a couple years ago when I visited the studio.
