As a beginner I felt that the environment was accessible and welcoming. I was terrible, but I didn't feel that there was any focus on anything other than doing the best you could. Staff also explained what to expect very well.

I took my first bikram yoga class with kelly. Wednesday 3/2/16 noon class at the south loop location. I felt very welcomed and a lot less intimated than I thought I would. Kelly explained the proper alignment for each pose which helped a lot. I left feeling energized and really amazing. Awesome instructor and class!

STAFF VERY NICE, INFORMATIVE AND I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED IT TO SOME PEOPLE TO AT LEAST TRY IT, SOME HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE HEAT, BUT I LOVED IT, AND NO IT WILL BE A BENEFIT TO MY BODY AND SPIRIT.
The fact that the insructors take time to know participants by name and provide assistance as needed during class in addition to availing themselves after class as well.

I loved the space both studio and lobby areas. Bathrooms were clean and provided plenty of lockers. The staff members were friendly and welcoming.
