It's hot
The team was very patient with us. There were three of us brand new in our late 40s so this was a big deal. The instructor got us thru the 90 and was very helpful helping us understand the process.

Visiting teacher, Bianca was very helpful and I enjoyed my practice with her! The studio was very clean and inviting! Unlike the Wicker Park location, I like that the LP location has showers.
I get that the WP location is also in an old building and plumbing may not be available. However maybe the women's changing room area could be flipped with the men's since their area has a door. However, it would not stop me from practicing at this studio. Only have been there twice and enjoy the vibe and teachers!

The instructors - Connie is great and really supports you throughout the class. The schedule at Lincoln Park is wonderful. Very convenient to take a class. I wish there would be more classes offered at the South Loop location.
I like your sexy teachers such as Kiley. She's one hot taco! I like the hot yoga too, and the lovely view out the window in the men's changing room. Hate the staircase! And if John or Mike is reading this, it's First name removed 😜 But seriously guys, I love 105F! Thanks for being there for everyone!

Love the studio, the teachers, all staff!!!! Every class that I have ever taken there has been awesome...such great instruction, ALWAYS. Everyone is, without fail, so helpful, pleasant and kind. The facility is top notch..always clean too.
