The intro class I took today at the lincoln Park studio was a perfect first class for me. The instructors took the time to review the poses and answer questions. Im happy that I took this class instead of just going to one of the normal 90 min classes.
There are many things. Some are good for all levels, good instructors, good facilities.

The Expertise of the instructors is paramount, and most important in my opinion.
I loved the class BUT I was in soo much pain from a recently diagonsed kidney disease that I am unable to continue coming to class until I meet with my Doctor. With that being said, I also purchased a monthly unlimited class and now I cant use it--DR's ORDERS! So, can you refund the money to may account or can I transfer the classes to someone else?
