I’ve been coming to Tommy Gun’s about every two weeks for roughly five years and have been seeing the same barber for the past year. She’s excellent, knows my hair well, and I’ve consistently had a great experience.
The one piece of genuine feedback I have is about the Tommy Gun’s app. I like being able to select the service and barber I want and see the available times, but the booking system does not appear to work while the shop is closed.
For example, if I want the first 9:00 AM appointment, I should be able to book it the night before or early that morning, just as you can with most other appointment-based services. Instead, I have to physically drive to the shop before opening and wait outside to make sure I’m first in line and can get my preferred barber.
Allowing customers to reserve available appointments through the app while the shop is closed would make an already very good experience much more convenient.

i've had a haircut three times here and the first two times were excellent but this third time was really bad. The person should not be cutting hair or at least needs a lot more practice. I don't know what her name is, but I've had my haircut by lots of different barbers and that's my honest answer..

It was a 1st time beard trim & alignment for me, I’m a little past 70 LOL. Tristen groomed my mustache & beard very well, and applied beard butter & wax to give me an excellent finish! Bought some products as well in the visit.
