The whole experience from shampoo to warm facial towel. The lady cutting my hair was very pleasant.
I’m always happy with the haircut I receive. The staff is friendly, the ambience of the shop is great, with iPads for customers to use while they wait, TV’s to watch and a variety of liquid refreshments available. They also carry an interesting selection of hair and shaving products.
Great people
I forgot the name of my hairdresser, but he was such a cool guy, but also very real. For a place like Kelowna it’s hard to find people who actually are genuine and who actually want to have a real conversation. Call us a very busy town and a lot of very uptight people, as you can see I come from a small town. Overall, this guy brought a lot of seriousness, but laughter at the same time. We had a good genuine conversation, even though I was four hours of sleep. Great guy and he doesn’t really great job. He’s a real deal.

The barber was very professional and explained how everything works. Barber let me know is that everything that was done during the visit was put in the notes for next visit. This was my first experience and I do believe I have found my forever barber shop location
