First off, we were able to get in right away, no long wait even though they were busy with about 5 other clients. Priscilla was friendly and kind. We showed her a picture and she did just that! The haircuts have been amazing for my boys. Hairdressers have always been fantastic in regard to the cut as well as making sure my boys are comfortable. I personally think for a kids cut if you are not getting hair washed as most kids don’t want this done it should be $5 cheaper. Time, product and water are all being saved

The receptionist was great. She greeted me, told me how long the wait would be and offered me a drink. JM my stylist was awesome. She listened to what I had to say, talked me through the entire process and was very competent. I was very happy with the whole experience.
