Very friendly. Only get what you pay for. Prices are a little high but as I said you get what you pay for. The overall experience is genuinely great even when it’s busy. Offering a drink on the way out is also a nice touch. More seating while you wait would be beneficial but really depends on what leased space the franchise
has available. Maybe less reorganize retail options to accommodate. Perhaps more people would wait for services if seating available.
Emily from the Stittsville, ON store is an excellent hair stylist/barber and is deserving of recognition.
Also the front desk staff are always friendly, professional and accommodating whether in person or by phone.
I have returned 5x now to this location because of the excellent service and quality of haircutting.

Very child friendly! Fridge with refreshments, big screen tv in waiting room, screens in the mirror- lost goes on for why this place is awesome. Super efficient waitlist system! And the barber we see (Dustin) is excellent. He’s super patient with my 5 year old and does an amazing job even with all the wiggles and looking around that my son does while his hair is being cut.

We went there for my elder son hair cut . It was great experience. Staff and owner both were very friendly and welcoming. My little one didn’t needed the haircut but he was crying to have one bcz of his brother so they even did pretend hair cut for my younger son . That was really nice of them .
