The staff are always friendly and professional.
I did have one concern with the app itself. For the last several visits, I cannot use the app to check in online.
I have to drive to the location and take my chances on how busy it might be. I drive from Stony Plain so it would be nicer if the app worked and allowed me to check in.
Hanna gave me one of the best cuts I’ve had in a long time! She was friendly and pleasant and did a great job!! Would go back to again no question.

I phoned ahead arranged the hair cut. Walked in checked in went directly to the chair. Got a great cut my server was very courteous & friendly & did an excellent job. 👍👍☘️🤠
I was treated with respect. Staff are professional with pleasant attitude and displayed good barbering skills. I will be back.

Kate was a great barber. However l had trouble with front desk booking her due to only being allowed to book 2.5 hours in advanced. You guys should remove that option and respect the guest’s availability.

My haircut was done by a gentleman named Mel. He listened to the description of what I wanted and gave me a perfect haircut. I would rate the experience as 100%. I will probably request him in the future.

My Barber “Shiela” was EVER so accommodating as I am healing from a serious shoulder injury. I also require a cane to walk with a “Dead” right knee.
