The barber was very very good, did what he thought was best cause I really don't care and didn't have much Input, also the thing I noticed was a discount for veterans, I don't think it's franchise thing? Also the receptionist didn't make me feel uncomfortably mentioning the discount.... and everyone was very professional and even the washroom was spotless.... plus the hot towel and wash afterwords, the scalp massage was a little creepy from a man but I was able to cope haha... stay awesome
