We've been coming here about 5 years now. My son has special needs/sensory issues and every stylist has been extremely understanding & patient with him. We have 2 other barber shops almost directly across the street from our home, and the fact he insists on going to Heritage TG's speaks volumes about how he feels comfortable & welcome there.

The haircuts & hot towel are always great too!
