Great haircut and fast.

Ok I’ve been to communing atleast 15 times all with good experiences. Except last night. Barber was rude rushed and I just wanted to get out of there. I’ve always like their service and my cut and this time it was neither.
I won’t judge the operation by one operator but I will stick to the rochdale location and Donna.

Rose was so awesome. My sons 2nd haircut and she made his feel special.

Kids happy with haircuts

I've always had a consistently good experience. I come to Tommy guns for four reasons. Number one and the most important reason is that I get a good haircut every time. Number two is that I can check in online and not have to wait so long to get my haircut. Number three is the head massage. And number four is that I get a fresh can of Coke every time I go. It's a treat I allow myself whenever I get my haircut every 3 weeks. However, the tommy guns in eagle landing took away the Coke and replaced it with Pepsi, which is significantly worse and everyone knows it. They did this because they think the staff drink too much. Coca-Cola. I would like to sign a petition to bring back the Coca-Cola and for the owners to suck it up. How much money could a few cans of coke really be costing you??

My grandson got a very nice haircut, just the cut I asked for, his barber was very friendly. My sons barber did the haircut he wanted and suggested a product we bought and my sons barber did loves.

I see Zaida every time, she is excellent. I cannot speak to the others but I'd recommend her every time.

Alma has been my hairstylist for many years now... always professional, personal and gets the job done efficiently I don't think i have ever had a single bad haircut or beard trim with Alma. The young lady at the front was also professional.

The staff are wonderful, kind and very professional. You App on the other hand is very difficult to use. I even had one of your staff members said it’s better to call in first and not use the app at all.
