I have a medically challenged child that has difficulty with anxiety and highly sensory sensitive. He has a very short tolerance for being outside his comfort zone. Chris was very empathetic and handled my son with great care. She was able to complete his haircut very quickly especially without using buzzer(my son cannot tolerate). Chris even lowered the volume of the music as my son was overwhelmed with the extra sounds. He looks like a new boy! Thank you for taking sure good care with him.
Polite greeting. Barber asked exactly what I wanted and offered suggestions which worked out great. Price for haircut and beard trim was reasonable. Finished results exceeded my expectations. Offered a soft drink upon leaving which is a nice touch.

They were very efficient and kind very good with my autistic son he loves going to Tommy guns for his hair cut he shows them a picture and he comes out loving his hair cut which as a mom makes me super happy and it is building his confidence .
