Great friendly service

Amazing experience for me and my two sons! The staff were incredible, friendly and accommodating. Even though it was a busy time of day, they were able to fit all three of us in as walk-ins within 10 to 15 minutes of each other, with a total wait time of only about 40 minutes.
The service was excellent, and everyone left with a great haircut! What stood out the most was my oldest son. He has never liked getting haircuts before, but this was the first time he actually enjoyed his experience. The staff made him feel comfortable and at ease, which made a huge difference. We really appreciated how efficiently the team managed a busy schedule while still making us feel welcome and valued. We will definitely be back!

Good barber, good haircut, good atmosphere.

Scot my barber was really good I gave him A++ . Yesterday was my Birthday . My first time to claim my free beard shave or haircut but the reception told me I can’t get free haircut or shave on my birthday which is not good. Hopefully you don’t tell your customer it’s free haircut if you won’t do it.

The waitlist booking makes everything so smooth… you walk in with barely any wait, and each barber is ready and attentive. Every time my two sons have gone, they’ve gotten exactly the haircut they asked for.

I was greeted by friendly staff. I appreciated that my barber took my feedback constructively and provided an excellent cut. I had been going to a competitive barber for the last couple of years, but am happy to be getting my cuts back with Tommy Guns.

I had a bad experience getting my haircut from another barber and had to walk out on them as they did such a horrible job, but I came to Tommy guns and I forget her name but she did a fantastic job fixing it and I’m very thankful

Everything was great! While waiting they give you a free beverage, and there are arcade games in the waiting area. The haircut comes with a free hair wash, hot towel and scalp massage, everyone is super friendly. On your way out they give you a coupon for a discount on your next visit, and the price was no more expensive than any other barber! 10/10 would recommend

They Called to confirm an appointment when booking it online. Polite and courteous. The stylist my son got didn’t know how to do the style he wanted and instead of just trying and screwing it up, we had this before at a different location, she asked someone else and they were able to accommodate it. Very please with the Unicity location

walking into a barbershop can be intimidating as a female, however your staff and barber ( female barber, unfortunately i don’t know her name!!) were awesome, efficient and communicative. i was in and out in a flash. thanks everyone!

They did more than was expected.

I went to Tommy Guns as a walk in and they took me right in, very patient and was great with the little guy. You could tell the barber took pride in their work.

The “barber” listened, repeated and did the cut as we had asked. We were happy with the cut.

Even though it was quite busy, the team still managed to fit me in for a haircut, which I really appreciated. My hairstylist was Ger—I believe that was the short name written on the card—and she was excellent. She clearly knows what she’s doing, listened carefully, and gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve had so far. I’m very happy with the result and the overall experience. I’ll definitely be booking with her again when I’m due for my next haircut in about six weeks. Thank you to Ger and the Tommy Gun’s Nanaimo team!
